Celebrating 40 years, Special Tree exists to provide hope, encouragement, and expertise for people who have experienced life altering changes. Our comprehensive rehabilitation programs for adults and children with brain and spinal cord injury have earned CARF, JC, and the Michigan Quality Council’s highest honors. Helping you find increased independence and a smooth path to recovery is our top priority.
