Program Description

E3 Case Managers is an Independent, Patient Advocate, Case Management Company that tends to the needs of patients that have been injured in automobile and/or on the job work related accidents. Our team of Nurse Case Managers will help facilitate and make sense of medical terms, treatment options, documentation coordination, medical appointment scheduling, transportation to and from crucial doctor appointments, treatment explanation and will be in attendance at medical appointments as your personal advocate.
