Since 2004, we have cared for individuals with catastrophic injuries. Our team provides both skilled (medical) and private duty (non-medical) services to residents throughout Michigan. We coordinate care among multiple disciplines including skilled nursing, therapy (PT, OT, Speech), and attendant care.
