Program Description

CAPS Remodeling specializes in patient discharge to home and home modifications. We begin assisting discharge planners and case managers for the safe, expedient return to home for those injured in motor vehicle accidents. We provide temporary ramping, wheelchairs, beds, patient lifts, and most any other DME items required. If the client needs home modifications, we are the first call for many insurance companies, case managers, and OT’s.
